Privacy information
How information submitted through this website is handled.
Information collected
Submission forms collect manuscript metadata, corresponding author details, co-author information, declarations, and uploaded files. Tracking uses manuscript ID and corresponding author email. Payment records include fee details, transaction references, and receipts. Contact forms collect your name, email, enquiry category, and message.
Purpose
Information is used to maintain submission records, support editorial administration, record payment evidence, and respond to enquiries. Submission data is not published automatically.
Private records
Author, manuscript, and payment records are not listed publicly. Tracking requires the full unpredictable manuscript ID and matching email. Treat the ID as confidential and do not share it in public posts. Editorial record access is restricted to the authorized administrator.
Service infrastructure
This site uses managed hosting, a database, and private object storage for files. Hosting providers may process connection and operational information. Payment gateways and outbound email delivery are not connected.
Security and verification
Server-side validation, time-limited verification challenges, rate limits, and access checks protect form operations. Uploaded files should not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Retention and requests
The journal’s retention periods, responsible publisher identity, and formal rights-request procedure will be announced. You may lodge a data-related enquiry through the contact form. Information submitted is retained for editorial handling unless removed by an authorized administrator.
Cookies and browser data
Public journal pages do not require a ChatGPT account. The editorial administration area uses platform sign-in. The manuscript and payment forms do not store authoritative records in your browser.
Policy updates
Formal privacy terms and jurisdiction-specific details require approval by the publisher before full journal operation. Updates will be published here.
