Refund & Cancellation Policy
Review withdrawal and refund information before submitting payment.
Before submission
Review the scope, author guidance, publication options, and charges before submitting. No submission payment is requested through the manuscript form.
Manuscript withdrawal
Send a withdrawal request through the editorial contact form, including the Manuscript ID and corresponding author email. Obtain agreement from co-authors and explain the request. A request is not complete until the editorial office confirms the recorded outcome.
During editorial evaluation
Notify the editorial office promptly if you wish to withdraw. Do not assume that submitting a request automatically changes the manuscript status. Avoid simultaneous submission elsewhere while the withdrawal remains unresolved.
After acceptance
Contact the editorial office before cancelling accepted work. Confirm whether any production work or external registration activity has begun and ask for written clarification of the applicable terms.
After APC payment
Refund eligibility is governed by the journal’s published terms and applicable law. Submit the manuscript identifier, payment reference, date, amount, and reason for the request. No automatic refund percentage, processing deadline, or blanket non-refundable rule is asserted here.
Withdrawal before publication
The editorial office will assess the stage of processing and explain the proposed handling in writing. Obtain clarification before paying if you need certainty about a particular withdrawal scenario.
Withdrawal after publication
Published research forms part of the scholarly record. Requests are assessed under correction, retraction, and research-integrity procedures; publication is not silently removed merely on request.
Corrections and retractions
The appropriate notice depends on the nature and significance of the concern. Any financial implications require a separate written assessment; a correction or retraction does not itself establish a promised refund.
DOI handling
A registered DOI is a persistent identifier. Any necessary metadata or record changes must follow the registration service’s procedures. Do not assume that withdrawal cancels an identifier or that a registration-related cost is refundable.
Policy clarification
Detailed refund eligibility, deductions, timelines, and final contractual terms remain subject to editorial and legal review. Ask the editorial office for written clarification and review this policy before making payment. The website records payment and refund status; it does not transfer or return funds.
