Publication Procedure

From manuscript submission to a discoverable publication record.

1. Manuscript submission

Submit the manuscript, corresponding author details, co-author information, and declarations. Successful storage generates a confidential Manuscript ID for tracking.

2. Initial editorial screening

The editorial office checks scope, completeness, readability, authorship information, and relevant ethical declarations. Authors may be asked to clarify or complete their submission.

3. Peer review

Suitable manuscripts proceed to scholarly assessment. Reviewers evaluate the question, methods, evidence, interpretation, and contribution. The final review model and reviewer arrangements will be announced in the Peer Review Policy.

4. Revision, if required

Authors should address reviewer comments in a point-by-point response, identify changes, and explain any disagreement with evidence. The editorial office provides instructions for returning a revised manuscript.

5. Final editorial decision

The editor considers the manuscript, reviews, and revisions and records a decision. Payment does not influence this decision.

6. Acceptance

Acceptance is recorded in tracking. The editorial office confirms the publication option, author region, and any applicable fee request.

7. Publication fee, if applicable

Pay only after an approved fee request and verified payment instructions. Upload transaction details and a receipt; the record remains Payment Submitted until editorial verification.

8. Copyediting & typesetting

Accepted work proceeds through language, presentation, reference, and layout preparation as applicable. Substantive changes remain subject to author and editorial review.

9. Author proof

Authors check the proof for factual, typographical, authorship, and formatting errors. Corrections should be clearly identified before final approval.

10. DOI registration, where applicable

For the DOI publication option, registration takes place through the configured registration infrastructure. A DOI is shown only after an actual identifier has been registered.

11. Online publication

The editor publishes verified article metadata and the approved final PDF. Original submission documents are not automatically made public.

12. Current issue & archive

Published articles appear in their assigned volume and issue, current issue where applicable, and searchable archive. No review or publication turnaround is guaranteed.
